When you reach our site, the main entrance to our building

is to the far right front side of the building.

For EVENING TRAININGS you will be required to go to

the rear of the building.  Take the driveway at the far left of

our building to the farthest back parking lot.

Enter the door marked Community Room.

Take I 81 South to I 481 South (exit 29 S) toward Dewitt, take Northern Blvd (exit 8), turn right onto Northern Blvd toward East Syracuse, turn slightly right onto E. Molloy Rd, turn left onto Thompson Road.

Our building is 1/4 mile down on the left side of the road.

South

Take I 81 North to I 690 East toward East Syracuse, take Thompson Road / Bridge Street exit, follow sign for Thompson Road North (exit 16 N), merge onto Thompson Road, continue on Thompson Road to Carrier Circle, take the 3rd exit off the circle onto Thompson Road (north).

Our building is 1/2 mile down on the right side of the road just after Boss Road.

East

Take I 90 West to Exit 35 (Route 298 Syracuse/East Syracuse).  From the right lane enter Carrier Circle and immediately exit at Thompson Road North.

West

Take I 690 East to Thompson Road / Bridge Street exit, follow sign for Thompson Road North (exit 16 N), merge onto Thompson Road, continue on Thompson Road to Carrier Circle, take the 3rd exit off the circle onto Thompson Road (north).
