How to Register a Complaint

If you wish to "register" a complaint on any regulated child care center,  school age child care program or family child care program , you may contact the New York State Office of Children and Family Services at 1-800-732-5207 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

If you wish to "check" on the compliance history of any registered family child care home or a registered school-age program you may contact Child Care Solutions at (315) 701-2707 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

 

If you wish to "check" on the compliance history of any licensed day care center or group family child care provider you may contact the New York State Office of Children and Family Services at 1-800-732-5207 between the hours of  9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

Compliance history for both registered and licensed programs and providers

is available on the web site of the NYS Office of Children & Family Services.
