The
Early Literacy Project Funded
by the Central New York Community Foundation's Read Ahead Initiative
The
Early Literacy Project is a comprehensive, researched-based and field
tested program designed to increase the literacy skills of children in
child care centers and family child care programs. The program
activities will be scheduled over about a six to eight month period.
The long term benefits resulting from each center's or family child care
program's participation will positively impact everyone - staff, children
