Infant/Toddler

Technical Assistance Network

What is the Network?

The Infant/Toddler Technical Assistance Network is a project of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.  Our region is part of a larger statewide initiative aimed at supporting high quality infant and toddler care.  The local region consists of fourteen counties, with three main sites in Onondaga, Broome and Oneida Counties.

How can the Network help?

You can count on the Infant/Toddler Technical Assistance Network:

  • when you need support in starting up your infant/toddler program

  • if you are thinking of expanding your current program to include infants and toddlers

  • for training opportunities specific to infants and toddlers

  • when you need help finding information on the development or behavior of infants and toddlers

  • as a resource for parents with questions about their infant or toddler

  • when you have questions about a particular behavior of an infant or toddler
